Hi All,
I am excited to share that I have joined Team Sharsheret for the 2024 TCS NYC Marathon.
Sharsheret is a not-for-profit organization supporting women and families facing breast and ovarian cancer at every stage before, during and after diagnosis. It is meaningful for me to race on behalf of Sharsheret knowing the support they have provided to friends and community members and the support they could have provided to family members had the organization been around earlier.
As a member of Team Sharsheret, I have pledged to raise money in support of Sharsheret's breast cancer and ovarian cancer programs and services. I hope you will support me in my fundraising (and athletic! ((and emotional? :) )) efforts as I train for my second marathon. All contributions are tax-deductible.
If you have ever been near me on that first Sunday in November, you know the NYC Marathon is one of my favorite days of the year. It makes this marathon all the more special for me to partner with an organization like Sharsheret.
