Many of you know that in 2015 I had breast cancer. Part of that journey included unbelievable support for me and my family from Sharsheret. When I first called Sharsheret, I had no idea how important they would be in all of us managing the ups and downs along the way. And to be honest, there are still days when talking to someone from Sharsheret or reading a post about someone else's experience can help. And so, because I want as many women who need or want support from Sharsheret be able to get it, I have committed to walk 100 miles in the month of October. I invite you to sponsor me. Know that it goes to a cause that does incredible work. You never think you are going to be the one who needs it, but if you or your loved ones face breast or ovarian cancer, I want Sharsheret to be there for you, too.
