Dear Friends and Family ,

I am so so so excited to share with you that I am an official member of Team Sharsheret for the 2026 United Airlines NYC Half.

I have already began to train for my race, and am inspired to undertake this rigorous challenge as I am doing it in support of Sharsheret , a national not-for-profit organization supporting women and families, at high risk and those facing breast and ovarian cancer at every stage-before, during, and after diagnosis.

It is particularly meaningful for me to race on  behalf of Sharsheret because of the support they have provided for my mother in law, Linda Zucker, who has been touched by breast cancer. Breast cancer has deeply affected my own family as well. Two of my aunts have battled breast cancer, and another aunt tragically passed away from the disease. Seeing firsthand how many women in my life have been impacted reminds me how critical Sharsheret’s work truly is.

As a member of this incredible Team, I have pledged to raise $2,500 (which I hope to greatly exceed!) in support of Sharsheret's breast cancer and ovarian cancer programs and services. I am asking you to please support me in my athletic and fundraising  efforts as I take on this challenge, ask for corporate matching for your  gift too! All contributions are tax-deductible.
