I am running the 2022 NYC Half Marathon with Team Sharsheret along with my wife, my mother-in-law, my sister, and my sister-in-law in honor of my wife, Sydney Silvermintz, who underwent a prophylactic double mastectomy this past year. Sharsheret was a key part of our journey and was there for us every step of the way with phone calls, texts, emails, and even much-needed supplies for her recovery. They left such a remarkable impression that I decided to join the Board of Directors of Sharsheret to help support their great work.
