After getting a taste of running for a great cause during the 2022 NYC Half Marathon, I am back in 2023 looking to double the distance and double the amount raised for Sharsheret.
I am once again running in honor of my wife, Sydney Silvermintz, who underwent a prophylactic double mastectomy in 2021 and PGT in 2022, both in response to the BRCA-1 mutation. Sharsheret continues to be a key part of our journey and has been there for us every step of the way with phone calls, texts, emails, and a support system of incredibly strong and incredibly kind women & men.
