Help us support Sharsheret

Dear friends and family,

I’m excited to share that I've been accepted as part of Team Sharsheret for the 2026 United Airlines NYC Half Marathon. I'm taking on this challenge in support of an organization that means a great deal to our family.

I'm running in memory of my mother and in support of Sharsheret, a national nonprofit that provides education, connection, and one-on-one support to individuals and families facing hereditary cancer risk, as well as breast and ovarian cancer. I am BRCA positive, and after losing my mom to pancreatic cancer, these issues are deeply personal.

I've personally benefited from Sharsheret's work, including an educational seminar that helped me have more informed conversations with my doctor and with my family about genetic risk. Their thoughtful, practical approach and the support they provide truly make a difference.
