I am incredibly excited to share that I am once again an official member of Team Sharsheret for the 2023 United Airlines Half Marathon!
Yaira and I have already begun training (she's in the photo), and I’m inspired to undertake this rigorous challenge again in support of Sharsheret, a national not-for-profit organization supporting women and families at high risk and those facing breast and ovarian cancer before, during and after diagnosis.
It’s especially meaningful to me to race for Sharsheret because of the support I saw them provide my sister during her battle with cancer. Sharsheret provided the vital support and community that were remarkably helpful.
As a member of this incredible Team, I have pledged to raise $2500 in funds (at the very, very least!) in support of Sharsheret’s programs and services. Please support me in my athletic and fundraising efforts as I undertake this challenge – and ask for corporate matching for your gift too!
