Dear Friends and Family ,

I am so so so excited to share with you that I am once again an official member of Team Sharsheret for the 2026 United Airlines NYC Half. For all that know me, you know running is not my preferred sport 😂, but here I am AGAIN!!!

I have already began to train for my race, and am inspired to undertake this rigorous challenge as I am doing it in support of Sharsheret, my favourite national not-for-profit organization supporting women and families, at high risk and those facing breast and ovarian cancer at every stage-before, during, and after diagnosis.

It is particularly meaningful for me to race on behalf of Sharsheret. Sharsheret has supported me throughout my breast cancer journey. For the past 25 years (yes 25!!!!!!!) Sharsheret has been there for me, either providing me with tailored support, or offering me the opportunity to give back to the community. I always wonder how I could do more. How can I make more of a difference? By taking on this personal challenge and joining with the other members of Team Sharsheret I have found my answer.
