Dear friends and family,
I’m really excited (and a little nervous) to share that I’ll be running the 2026 TCS NYC Marathon as a member of Team Sharsheret.
This isn’t just a race for me—it’s something deeply personal. Over the past few years, I’ve had people close to me impacted by cancer, and I’ve seen how overwhelming and isolating that experience can be. It’s made me think a lot about the kind of support that truly matters during those moments.
That’s what drew me to Sharsheret. Their work—providing culturally relevant, community-based support to people navigating cancer—really resonated with me, especially knowing how important it is to feel understood and not alone during such a difficult time.
Running this marathon feels like a way to channel that perspective into something meaningful. It’s a personal challenge, but more importantly, it’s an opportunity to support an organization doing work that I believe genuinely makes a difference.
As part of Team Sharsheret, I’ve committed to raising funds to help support their programs and services. I’m hoping to go beyond my goal, and I would be so grateful for your support—whether that’s through a donation, sharing this page, or cheering me on along the way.
Thank you for being part of this with me. It truly means a lot.
