Dear Friends and Family,
We are so excited to share with you that we are official members of Team Sharsheret for the 40-mile 2022 TD Bank 5 Boro Bike Tour.
We have already begun to train for the ride and are inspired to undertake this rigorous challenge as we are doing it in support of Sharsheret, a national not-for-profit organization supporting women and families at high risk and those facing breast and ovarian cancer at every stage—before, during, and after diagnosis.
It is particularly meaningful for us to ride on behalf of Sharsheret because of the support they have provided us since Yaffa Leah was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2020. Since then we have been inspired and motivated to do more and make a difference. We are pleased to take on this personal challenge while joining together with the other members of Team Sharsheret.
We are also pleased to announce that as of this week Yaffa Leah now has the pleasure of calling herself a Sharsheret employee! She is so excited to be part of such a meaningful organization doing such crucial work every day.
As members of Team Sharsheret, we have pledged to raise funds (which we hope to greatly exceed) in support of Sharsheret’s breast cancer and ovarian cancer programs and services. We are asking you to please support us in our fundraising efforts as we take on this challenge. Ask for corporate matching for your gift, too! All contributions are tax-deductible.
