I’ve been overwhelmed by the love and support from friends and family throughout my journey with cancer. Many have asked how they can help, and the truth is, I have everything I need—except for one thing: the opportunity to give back.
Through this experience, I was introduced to Sharsheret, an incredible organization that supports Jewish individuals facing breast and ovarian cancer. I learned about them through my own cold capping research and treatment. I’m fortunate that my health insurance is covering the cost, but many others aren’t as lucky—either their insurance won’t cover it or they simply can’t afford it.
