Robin Mesirow

This November, I’ll be running the NYC marathon (my first marathon!) with Team Sharsheret. Sharsheret provides support, education, financial assistance, and genetic counseling to those faced with or at increased genetic risk of breast and ovarian cancer. This cause is deeply personal to me as the BRCA mutation runs in my family, and this past year, I learned that I am BRCA positive as well.

As I train for 26.2 miles, I am running for the thousands of families facing the same diagnosis and decisions as mine. I am extremely excited to be embarking on this journey, and I appreciate your support along the way!
